This study aims to determine the relationship of stress levels to the menstrual cycle in students of the University of Muhammadiyah Prof. Dr. Hamka. This type of research uses quantitative research with a descriptive correlative design through a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique was done by total sampling. The survey was conducted on 50 who met the inclusion criteria. Questionnaire research instrument was used to determine the description and frequency of stress on the menstrual cycle. Data analysis using the Phi coefficient test or Cramer's V showed a significant correlation with a p value of 0.000 (<0.05). The higher the stress level, the higher the possibility of disruption to the menstrual cycle that can occur.
